Galleries are the essential elements of your site. These related to your photoshoot sessions / projects.
A gallery contains one or more albums and albums contains the images. Albums cannot move from a gallery to an other one.
Behaviors
You can set every important behavior on the gallery level:

| Is image selection enabled or not | Enable this setting when you’d like to collect image selections without pricing. If pricing linked, this setting ignored. |

| Image copy protection | Right click enabled on images or not. |
| Invoice data | Require invoice data from clients before submitting order or not. Even if turned on, invoice data will show up when the cart’s total price is greater then zero. Photopickr cannot make invoice, just collect the data for you. |
| Payment options | Payment options to show: – Bank Transfer – Cash You can set your bank account number in Settings menu. This will be showed in every gallery’s cart where bank transfer option is turned on. Photopickr isn’t involved in the payment process. It happens directly between you and the client. We just show payment options based on your preferences. |

Sharing
You can create gallery level URL. With this URL, a visitor can access all contained albums and images inside the gallery.
In ‘Share’ menu, you can check and remove all of existing URLs related to the gallery or its albums.
If a share URL is removed, the gallery / album cannot be accessed by this URL.
Cart
If selection is turned on, or price is linked client’s selections will appear in their Cart. Until submitting, Cart data is stored in client’s browser.
The Cart related to a gallery, therefore:
- if clients can access multiple albums inside a gallery, they can select images from that albums;
- if clients can access more galleries in the same time, they will see their selections separated in each galleries’ Cart.
Expiration date (optional)
Photopicker aims to share images with your clients temporary. Therefore you can set a future date when the gallery become unpublished state, so Clients cannot acces to entire gallery, contained albums and images anymore.
After expiration day:
- expiration + 1 day: the gallery will be unpublished automatically and cannot republish
- expiration + 5 days: the contained images will be deleted automatically
The gallery, and its all data (except the images) will remain until you delete them manually.
Selections / orders submitted by clients are completely independent so they are remain if you remove a gallery.
Currencies
You can define price amounts in any currency you want. But a gallery can be linked with pricings what have the same currency.
